    Basic debugging method of EN650 synchronous motor drive
    As a general-purpose three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor vector inverter, EN650 adopts 32-bit DSP hardware platform to realize high torque, high precision and wide range speed adjust drive, support sensorless vector control (without PG) and sensor vector control (with PG), large torque in low frequency. It is not sensitive to motor parameters, and not depend on the change of parameters. It has strong resistance to environmental temperature changes, and the high-speed shutdown response is fast and stable. It is suitable for speed control transmission equipment in petroleum, chemical fiber, textile, papermaking, compressor and other industries. It is especially suitable for oil field pumping units and chemical fiber textile machinery to meet the requirements of high efficiency, energy saving and high starting torque.

    1.Advantages of synchronous motor



    1 .Improve the quality of the power grid. Synchronous motor rotor speed is the same as the rotating magnetic field speed of the stator winding, so it is called synchronous motor. The current of the synchronous motor is ahead of the voltage in phase and belongs to the capacitive load which can improve the power factor of power supply system.


    2 .High speed accuracy. Synchronous motor rotor speed n=60f/p, speed depends entirely on the frequency and is independent of load. Synchronous motor has the characteristics of high running stability and large overload capacity. It is very effective in some transmission systems, especially in multi-machine synchronous transmission system and precision speed control system. It is commonly used in multi machine synchronous drive system, precision speed regulation speed control system and large equipment such as rolling mill.

    3.Strong overload capability. The synchronous motor overload capacity is larger than that of the asynchronous motor. The asynchronous motor torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. The synchronous motor torque is determined by the product of the internal electromotive force generated by the voltage and the motor excitation current and it is only proportional to the voltage. When grid voltage suddenly drops to 80% of the rated value, the torque of the asynchronous motor tends to drop to about 64%, and the operation is stopped due to the non-moving load; while the torque of the synchronous motor does not decrease much.



    4.Energy consumption is low. The rotor magnetic field of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is established by a permanent magnet, which is energy-saving.





    2.EN650 product introduction

    @     Standard Modbus protocol, free protocol, optional PROFIBUS-DP, CANopen, CANlink communication card;


    @     Standard built-in braking unit, built-in PID control function, built-in user-defined V/F curve function;


    @     Encoder disconnection detection and pressure gauge disconnection detection;


    @     Multi-channel frequency setting; I/O terminals are freely programmable and accept both active and passive signals;


    @     Instantaneous power failure non-stop function, AVR output function, speed tracking function, hopping frequency parameter for suppressing mechanical resonance;


    @     Various intelligent detection and protection functions such as overload and underload detection;


    @     16-speed and select to be bound to each acceleration/deceleration time, or not bound.

    EN650 application advantages

    ?

    1. Large torque in low frequency: output 150% rated torque in 2.0Hz in open loop vector mode;


    2. High steady-state accuracy: the speed signal input and the actual speed output error rate are ±0.3%;


    3. Good robustness: not sensitive to motor parameters, but not dependent on changes in parameters, strong resistance to environmental temperature changes;


    4. Simple and easy to adjust: input motor nameplate parameters, can automatically learn the internal parameters of the motor required for vector control;


    5. High-speed shutdown response is fast and stable, the fastest frequency acceleration and deceleration time can reach 0.1S;
